Overview
Vantage Collective needed a new headquarters that could support focused work, spontaneous exchange, and a growing team without feeling like a conventional office.

The Challenge
The existing floor plate was deep and repetitive, with a low ceiling and very little visual connection between teams or shared spaces.
The brief asked for more than a cosmetic refresh. We had to change how the workplace worked, making movement between teams feel natural while giving people enough acoustic and visual privacy to concentrate. The new identity also needed to feel specific without becoming overly branded.

The solution
We introduced a bright internal street that organizes the plan, with a sequence of shared rooms, quiet niches, and planted thresholds branching from it.
The material system is deliberately simple: warm timber, mineral surfaces, and a small set of deep green accents drawn from the company’s existing identity. The result is flexible enough to evolve, but distinct enough to make the workplace feel like a place rather than a template.
